Ray Johnson moved to the Villas in December, 2009. Ray is the HOA Secretary and on the Lawn Committee, as well as this site's webmaster. He lives at 23 Yukon Circle.

Bob Terfruchte, Jr. moved to the Villas in September 2016. Bob has over over twenty-five years experience serving in three different condo and townhome associations in various board positions including President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
While serving a two year term as Villas Secretary, Bob designed/created the HOA website.
